Lilo opened as a wine bar — but the kitchen quickly became the reason people came back. Dennis Holmberg (the man behind Fars Dreng) runs a room that's small, loud-ish, warm, and unpretentious. The menu is short, seasonal, and built to match whatever's open behind the bar: Southern European wines, natural producers, bottles you won't find at the supermarket.

The Pass
Three courses and a welcome drink — the way an evening at Lilo is meant to unfold:
- Aperitivo — a glass of something cold to start
- Puntarelle salad — aged Parmesan, walnuts, bergamot
- Organic veal meatballs — confit sweetbread, yellow tomato
- Gâteau Marcel — blood orange, chocolate, the right amount of bitter
Valid Tuesday to Thursday — stop saving the good nights for Friday.
Additional drinks not included — but you're at a wine bar. You'll want a bottle.
